Oil and Gas Loading Dock Hub Construction with Executed I&E

Need & Challenge

One of the largest independent liquid petroleum products pipeline operators in the United States needed an oil export loading dock hub built. The project required the procurement and installation of 75,000’ of cable, 400 lights and 30,000’ of cable trays.
The client was looking for a single source provider to procure all materials as well as handle all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

Solution & Outcome

W-Industries was chosen as the contractor of choice for its ability to handle all required facets of the project. The W team procured and installed all cable trays, all 120v, 208v, 480v normal and emergency lighting, and all instrument and hydraulic tubing. All instrumentation (PT’s, TT’s, PI’s, etc.) was also installed. Additionally, all project LV and MV cable was procured, installed, and terminated. Lastly, W-Industries fabricated all instrument J-Boxes in house and then successfully installed them on site.
