In-House Abilities Minimize Risk

W-Industries prides itself in performing all major fabrication processes in house without the need or risk of external 3rd party or contract services. We have the critical expertise and equipment to control the costs and the results of any work scope our customers need.
W-Industries can supply custom water-jet stainless steel panels for control stations, and instrument panel mounts, configured to the customer’s design.
W-Industries can provide custom stainless steel enclosures to NEMA 4X standards built in house.
W-Industries has a full team of structural welders and fitters who have constructed some of the largest structures to be transported over road in history. Structural welding procedures and processes follow AWS standards and other specific customer requirements as applicable.
W-Industries has a full team of piping welders and fitters to apply any welding processes to meet customer requirements. Our welding procedures are developed per ASME and other specific customer requirements as applicable. Capabilities include various carbon steel grades, A106, API 5L, 4130, 304/316/316L Stainless steels, Inconel, and Super Duplex.
W-Industries can bend, weld, test and deliver high pressure heavy wall tubing rated to 10-15,000 psig in accordance with isometrics provided by the customer or developed by a W-Industries inspection audit. This can reduce or eliminate hot work required offshore and other locations. Fully tested and inspected tubing “spools” are manufactured using 2507 super duplex using an GTAW (automated orbital machine or manual) welding process and delivered to project site.
W-Industries has constructed some of the largest atmospheric rectangular tanks in the world. We can provide design support or fabricate to the customer's design. Single compartment or multi-compartment, in carbon steel, stainless steel, and Inconel® materials. We also have capability to provide ASME pressure vessels horizontal or vertical to satisfy the customer needs.
W-Industries employs a full team of instrument and electrical technicians who are trained and experienced in all of the common industry requirements and manufacturer installations, i.e., Parker, Swagelok, and Autoclave tubing bending and assembly processes, NEC and ATEX electrical installations with CLX or marine shipboard cables as needed to meet the customer's project requirements.
Through strategic relationships with companies with waterside access locations, W-Industries is able to provide turnkey modules which are too large for transport over road from our Houston area facilities. Modules can be designed and fabricated for any variety of applications for any customer need.
