W-Industries expands with new lease at Champions Park to support growing electrical manufacturing operations
Houston, November 17, 2025 – W-Industries would like to announce the lease of a new 241,712-square-foot facility within the Champions Park Business Center in Houston Texas, to accommodate the continued growth of its electrical manufacturing operations. Jason Dillee, Joseph Smith, and Gregory Holmes of CBRE represented the landlord, while Wes Williams of Colliers represented W-Industries in the transaction.
The new Champions Park location expands W-Industries’ footprint in the Houston area, building on the success of the company’s Hockley Facility, opened in 2024. This new, fully climate-controlled space will serve as a dedicated location to produce low-voltage switchgear products, enabling W-Industries to keep pace with current high-volume orders and to meet future demand and growth. The site will provide additional manufacturing capacity, improved logistics, and room for increased production capacity to support the company’s electrical manufacturing operations.
“This expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation and operational excellence,” said Todd Simmering, Sr VP of Electrification. “The Champions Park facility enhances our ability to serve clients with high-quality, precision-engineered products while supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy”
Conveniently located near Beltway 8, Highway 249 and Interstate 45, the facility offers excellent access to Houston’s key industrial corridors and customer base. The property features modern warehouse and office space, ample yard area, and high-clear manufacturing bays ideal for large-scale industrial operations.
W-Industries’ continued growth across the Houston region underscores its position as a leader in Power Distribution, Automation, I&E Construction Services and Packaged Equipment, serving the energy and industrial sectors.
