W-Industries held a groundbreaking ceremony on Monday, March 7th, 2022 to publicly commence its Gears Road Electrification Facility expansion project. The facility currently encompasses 150,000 sq. ft of crane served manufacturing space, 60,000 sq. ft of outside storage area and 18,000 sq. ft of office space. The expansion will add an additional 40,000 sq. ft of space with the buildout of an 80’ x 500’ building.

The fully climate controlled space will serve as a dedicated area to produce low and medium voltage switchgear and switchboard products including OEM solutions and abbreviated products to keep up pace with an increase in current high-volume orders and to meet projected future demands.
